It’s not everyday that one of the Rensselaer students can claim to be a professional sand sculptor… Alex sure can.

When not studying hard as a physics major Alex can be found on the beaches of California Leading corporate team building workshops.

Alex has been part of two US Open Sand Castle championship teams.

His NASA Space man sand castle carving at the 2011 event in Imperial Beach has become legendary.
