We routinely work with major events and venues and understand safety protocols, staging, and crowd-management considerations. For most events we provide the documentation venues require, including certificates of insurance (COIs) and event-specific information about our on-site setup, platform displays, and crew procedures. We also follow strict site-cleanup practices: after every engagement we remove and recycle the sand and leave the event site exactly as we found it

We price every project independently because no two sculptures or event environments are identical. Pricing is based on the project’s objectives and the specific variables involved — typical factors include sculpture scale and complexity, indoor versus outdoor installation, venue access and timing, travel or logistics, whether we supply our own sand platform displays, and any optional services you choose such as event photography, video, or team-building facilitation.

Our standard payment terms are a 25% deposit to reserve the date and start design and logistics, with the balance payable on or before the event date. We accept payment methods outlined in the project contract and provide an invoice schedule with each proposal.
